ImageThis is the album that these guy’s have promised us for a very long time. It open’s up with Bagit Up a great blues stomping opener, As always great big sound layerd with great vocals &strong backing vocals…Great start.

Then on to The Turning fantastic soul vibe here, whichbuilds in to a big strong, chorus …one of my fav tracks already. Waiting for the Rapturestarts with that Five to One Doors vibe. Then heads of in a blues/soul grove. Next up is thesingle, which I’m sure you’ve heard already, The Shock of the Lighting Strange thing here is this sounds nothing like the rest of the album. Now useley this would bea worrier. But I can tell you the album is far better than the single.

Then on to the (Going tobe massive) I’m Outta Time, Great lyrics, and Great tune. This will be played for a very longtime after this album is gone I’m sure. (Get off your) High Horse Lady is an out an blues song(Modern Day Blues). Falling down is one of the best songs Noel Gallagher has written in a longtime really Psychedelic feel to it. To Be Where There’s Life follows in that Psychedelic mood.

Then we move on with two balls out rock songs Ain’t Got Nothin/The Nature of Reality (I betthese will be great live as well). The album ends with the great slow building, which is SoldierOn. I like other Oasis fans really wanted a great album out of them. Now I’m sure there will bemany doubters out there but I feel this is something really different.

Ok it’s still Liam singingbut it’s sounds different music wise. I really do think the boys are back in town.
