 I was driving home a couple of weeks ago with late night radio on & this voice came over theair ways that was just so heart felt, emotionally sad it just made me turn the volume up. I’m glad I did the voice / song I was hearing was the first song from a rap, wordsmith called Speech Debelle.
For me this song is Folk, Soul,and Hip Hop. Brilliantly blended with lyrical content. Yes the topic is harsh but very real. If Plan B and Roots Manuva is your thing I’m sure this will spin your head. Go have a listen to her myspace site. www.myspace.com/speechdebellemusic |
