A while ago a friend of mine turned me on to Roy Ayers. Up until that point I reallyhad not heard of him.Shame on me :-) The one thing that comes to mind here is thebands that were on the Acid Jazz Label have been influenced by this man. Whichputs you on the right road straight away. |
